Unitor Disclean

Description

For cleaning separator discs, Unitor Disclean is a water-based mixture of inhibited acids, surfactants, and emulsifying agents.

Unitor Disclean is incredibly successful at removing the heavy, tenacious deposits that build up in fuel and lubricant oil centrifugal separators without the need to separate the discs from the stack.

It is advised against using this product on surfaces made of zinc, tin, galvanized metal, or anodized aluminum. Additionally, it can be used to soak clean disc stacks.

1. Depending on the degree of pollution, the availability of heat, and the amount of time needed to finish the cleaning operation, Unitor Disclean may be used plain or diluted down to 20% by volume with fresh water.
2. Remove the separator disc stack from the separator and soak it in the cleaning solution to clean it.
3. Disassembling the stack and removing the separator discs before soaking the disc in the solution.
