Unitor Defoamer Concentrate

Description

The Unitor Defoamer Concentrate is a water-dispersible liquid defoamer with no silicon base. It is a special cleaning chemical. Because it is stable in alkaline circumstances, it regulates foaming in sewage and wastewater systems.

Generally, foam in water-based systems and collecting tanks in vacuum toilet systems can be eliminated with Unitor Defoamer Concentrate.

The area of application for the defoamer and the foam’s stability will both affect the effective dosage. The best technique to evaluate the effectiveness and capability of defoaming is through trials.

The recommended dosage will be determined by site testing, although the typical dosage range is 10 to 30 ml/tonne.

One part of Unitor Defoamer Concentrate should be mixed with five parts of fresh water before being pumped into the EVAC ejector tank for sewage systems. About a half-hour before top load, the dosage is completed.
