Description

NALFLEET Oxytreat, a blend of carefully chosen tannins is used to prevent corrosion in low- to medium-pressure steam boilers.

NALFLEET Oxytreat is designed to prevent corrosion in the feed and boiler system, and when combined with Multi-plus, it offers a comprehensive treatment plan.

To maintain the target reserve in the boiler, NALFLEET Oxytreat is best applied by continuous injection into the boiler feed tank using an appropriate chemical metering pump. To produce 120-160 ppm of tannin in the boiler water, NALFLEET Oxytreat is typically dosed at about 15 miles per ton of steam.

Use an appropriate chemical dosing pump to apply NALFLEET Oxytreat pure or diluted with condensated or evaporated water to any convenient strength. The boiler feed should be treated with the product. To ensure proper mixing, the product should be added to the boiler’s feed tank or feed line.
