NALFLEET Boiler Coagulant

Description

A liquid sludge conditioner called NALFLEET Boiler Coagulant is used to keep sludge from building up on the inside of boilers.

Sludge is preserved in small particle form and prepared for removal by standard blowdown. By doing this, deposit-related tube overheating can be prevented. Typically, the therapy is combined with regular chemical treatment chemicals.

Where there has been a slight oil pollution, boiler coagulants can also be employed. Oil pollution in trace levels is coagulated for blowdown cleanup.

However, it should be noted that offline cleaning will be necessary if oil contamination is persistent and extensive. The oil contamination source needs to be stopped right away.

For every ton of boiler capacity, 20 ml of therapy is administered daily. When using Boiler Coagulant, daily to removal of suspended sludge particles bottom blowdown is necessary
