Interline 925

Description

Interline 925 is a pure epoxy coating that is solvent-free and light in hue. A potable water tank coating with excellent performance that can also be used in cofferdams, void spaces, ballast tanks, and wet areas. to be used at new construction or maintenance and repair.

• Typical Film Thickness: 12 mils dry (12 mils wet). NSF approval is based on 18 mils dry in a single coat.
• Method of Application: Airless Spray, Brush, Roller
• Flash Point: Part A >214°F; Part B >214°F; Mixed >214°F

Use the Interline 925 under the guidelines of the Global Marine Specifications. All areas that are going to be coated need to be contamination-free, dry, and clean. Remove all oil or grease, soluble contaminants, and other foreign matter in accordance with SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning. High pressure fresh water wash or fresh water wash, as appropriate.

Always mix a full quantity in the directions provided. Once the component has been mixed, it must be used within the designated functional pot life.

• Using a power mixer, stir the Base (Part A).
• Use an electric agitator to stir the Curing Agent (Part B).
• Use a power agitator to completely combine the entire contents of the Curing Agent (Part B) and Base (Part A).
