It is advised to use the Unitor Chemical Cleaning Unit in the following ways:

• Disconnect the heat exchanger’s oil intake and outlet, isolate the oil supply, and drain any leftover oil.
• Fit the return to the Unitor Chemical Cleaning Unit (CCU) and attach the discharge side to the bottom heat exchanger connector.
• Add Unitor Carbon Remover to the drum, heat, and maintain the temperature (maximum 50°C) throughout the cleaning process. The product can be diluted with diesel oil down to 25%. If heating is not an option, cleaning will take longer, and it will be better if the product concentration is higher.
• 12 hours of circling Disconnect the lower heat exchanger connection and drain once the cleaning is finished.
• Connect a high-pressure fresh water supply to the upper heat exchanger connector. Until the water is clear, rinse.
• Detach, and allow it to drain and dry.
